Facebook Data Deletion Instructions – Voile

This page explains how you can remove your Facebook login data and all information used by Voile through the Voile Fashion app.

Our store allows customers to log in using their Facebook account. When you log in with Facebook, we receive information such as your public profile (name, email address, and Facebook profile ID). This information is used only to create and manage your customer account on Voile.

According to Meta (Facebook) policies, we must provide a way for you to request deletion of this data. You can delete your data in two ways:

1. Remove the Voile Fashion app from your Facebook account

Doing this removes access permissions and disconnects your Facebook account from our store.

Steps:

  1. Open your Facebook account

  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings

  3. Select Apps and Websites

  4. Find Voile Fashion in the list of connected apps

  5. Click Remove

After removal, Facebook deletes permissions previously granted to the app.

2. Request deletion of your customer data in Voile

If you would like us to delete all personal data associated with your Facebook login (including your customer account on our Shopify store), you can request this at any time.

Include the email address linked to your Facebook account or any details that help us find your customer record (such as your name or order number, if applicable).

Once your deletion request is received, we will:

  • Locate your customer account

  • Permanently delete or anonymize your personal data (unless we must keep some records for legal/tax reasons)

  • Confirm the deletion by email
